Therapy Designed to Help You Return to Yourself
My work integrates trauma-informed care, attachment theory, nervous system regulation, and depth-oriented insight with a warm, relational approach. I help clients move through patterns that no longer serve them, understand the roots of their emotional experience, and build a stronger internal relationship with themselves.
I am tools-based. You will always leave sessions with clear guidance on “what now?” and concrete strategies to use between sessions: worksheets, journal prompts, behavioral activation tasks, books, podcasts, and action steps. Insight matters, but tools create transformation.
I also collaborate closely with psychiatrists, medical providers, nutritionists, and educational specialists for comprehensive care. For those needing additional support, I have excellent referrals I trust.
